The Bolivar Tiempo 2017 Regional Edition made for the French market was produced in 6000 dress boxes of 10 cigars. The vitola is very attractive and I do not doubt this will become a must-have in your humidor in the coming years. Get a box, smoke one now, and then one every 6 months until the third year, when they will be prime. I would not buy it as an investment, the smoking kills sticker are ruining the look of the box. But Bolivar Tiempo, what a good Cuban this is!
